A Heartwarming Story of Giving Back
For over twenty years Dayco Systems has been my heating and air conditioning vendor. Without exception my experiences with personnel in all departments have been with individuals who set the bar very high on providing excellent service.
My heating and air conditioning systems were 25 years old. For several years, my technician with his professional expertise has worked diligently to extend the lifetime of my systems. He knew, as a senior on a fixed income, it would be a great hardship and impossible for me to purchase a new system. Although I consistently had my systems maintained, and I installed a number of portable carbon monoxide detectors, it didn't eliminate concerns about safety.
Dayco Systems is a company that truly exemplifies being customer-centric not just in words, but in actions. Dayco most generously gifted me with a new heating and air conditioning system, installation, ten-year warranty and smart thermostat.
I am so very grateful and blessed to have Dayco Systems as a most trusted vendor and now have a high comfort level in the safety of this new quality system.
